Customer Operations Supervisor
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing the performance and productivity of a team of approximately 11-12 associates in the Customer Operations department
• Serving as a resource to the department to troubleshoot and/or address more elevated issues or problems, evaluating department and associate results
• Provide coaching feedback to improve performance
• Performing various tasks involved in the overall operation of the department including ensuring Memorable and Great customer service, quality of operations, administering company policy and personnel actions with staff.
Qualification/Required Skills:
• One to two years of management experience in a customer service position.
• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Previous banking experience is a plus
• 4-year college degree preferred; Associates or High School diploma and commensurate work experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules to include days, evenings, nights and weekends.
Starting Salary:
$35,000 to $45,000, depending on experience, bonus eligible
