Job Description

Specific Job Functions:  

  • Maintains an effective and efficient Players Club Desk, through direction and supervision of all Players Club employees
  • Assures that proper procedures are used by Players Club employees
  • Assists fellow management to ensure the smooth operation of the entire casino floor
  • Settles customer disputes that cannot be readily resolved by employees under his/her direction
  • Ensures that all safety policies and procedures are followed
  • Ensures games are played with the Players Club Card legally and honestly
  • Reports all safety hazards as located
  • Improves employee performance by coaching, motivating, training and leading by example
  • Monitors service standards for employees to follow
  • Extends complimentarys
  • Requests minors to leave the immediate gaming area when necessary. Notifies security of minors if they do not leave any gaming area
  • Coordinates job evaluations of Players Club employees
  • Maintains knowledge of every employee position and its related duties
  • Maintains awareness of slot cheating methods, techniques and attempts to detect those activities
  • Communicates directly with PAD Supervisor to ensure that slot areas are maintained in a clean and neat condition
  • Ensures that prompt, courteous and accurate service is provided to customers, maximizing access to Players Club windows for customers
  • Oversees and protects all assets of the Slot department
  • Ensures all pertinent information is documented in daily logs, in legible form
  • Contact Security and/or Surveillance when necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Three or more years experience in slot marketing/slot management and guest service required
  • Experience in performing computer input preferred
  • Normal vision range and absence of color blindness and ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
  • Willingness to work a varied schedule, including but not limited to: long hours, nights, weekends, special events and holidays
  • Strong leadership qualities, sound judgment and superior decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Able to obtain Gaming Registration
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
