| JOB DESCRIPTION: |
|
- Greet all customers, rings sales on register, gives correct change and sales receipt, and bags merchandise
- Maintain floor standards, customer service standards, and utilizes selling skills
- Assist with proper merchandising execution to maximize sales, earnings, and customer satisfaction
- Assist in developing floor standards, visual merchandising, customer service standards, and sales techniques
- Provide excellent service consistent with the property’s core service standards and brand attributes
- Maintain a clean and organized selling area, replenishes stock as needed
- Maintain clean fitting rooms
- Direct customer request to store management.
- Perform shift housekeeping duties to maintain a tidy appearance of the sales floor
- Follow cash handling procedures (including counting cash, checks, charges, etc. and completing settlement forms)
- Work professionally in a commission environment
- Develop and maintain a clientele book
- Perform other job relate duties as deemed necessary for the success of the store
- Other related duties as necessary

| JOB REQUIREMENTS: |

Required:
- At least one year previous retail cash handling experience
- At least three years of experience in high end fine jewelry and fine watches
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
